Shipping Policy

Template notice (remove before launch): Timeframes below match typical Printify US-facility performance; verify against your chosen print provider before launch.

Where we ship. Currently United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap — join the newsletter to hear when it opens.

Production time. Every physical item is printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Transit time. After production, US delivery typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your distance from the print facility. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost. $4–6 flat rate depending on item size. Orders of $35 or more ship free.

Posters. Posters ship rolled in a rigid protective tube to survive the journey.

Digital products. No shipping at all — your download link arrives by email within minutes of checkout. If it hasn’t arrived in 15 minutes, check spam, then contact us.

Address errors. Double-check your address at checkout. If a package bounces because of an address typo, we’ll reship at cost once it returns to the print facility.

Lost or delayed packages. USPS/UPS occasionally stall. If tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, email us and we’ll open an investigation and reship if needed.
